1) Browse MillionBuy.Com for the item(s) of your choice. Our stock is divided into the following major categories: Car Audio, Audio, Video/TV/Security, Communications, Home Electronics, and Accessories. Place item(s) in your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add To Cart" button.
2) The next screen (or the virtual shopping cart screen) will ask you to either "Check Out" or "Keep Shopping" after you have made your selection. You can click on "Keep Shopping" to add more items to your shopping cart or you can click on "Check Out" to proceed to the "Shipping Calculation Page." 3) Shipping quotations are calculated with distance and delivery service levels. Enter the address you wish to ship the order to and click "continue." The very next screen will provide you with a shipping quotation before prompting you for a method of payment. You can view and edit your current cart selection at any time by selecting the "Shopping Cart" button from the menu on the top.

Unfortunately, subwoofers do not come with manufacturer's warranties, but do come with a 30 day MillionBuy.Com satisfaction guarantee.
Most items come with a warranty against manufacturer defect or failure for a period of three months to one year from the date of your purchase, depending on the manufacturer. This warranty covers replacement or repair of the product with the same product.
Warranty is void if serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is void due to mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the product.
Products damaged due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned are not granted warranty coverage. There is no charge for repairing products covered by warranty apart from shipping costs.
To arrange to have goods repaired under warranty you need to contact the manufacturer's warranty department with the product number and serial number. You will need to give a product description and outline the problem.
We recommend that products returned by mail be sent via UPS with insurance or other insured postal services. MillionBuy.Com accepts no responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit.

RA (Return Authorization) Numbers:
1) ) All returns and exchanges require an RA number issued by MillionBuy.Com. Apply RA number click here.
2) All returns must have original box, parts and shipping materials.
3) All RA numbers must be requested by the end of 30 days from the shipment receipt date.
4) Returns must be received at MillionBuy.Com within 14 days from RA issue date.
** To request an RA number, please fill out our Return Form.
5) All Returning Items must be mailed to MillionBuy.Com with freight insurance unless previously scheduled with a Representative.
6) Unexpected drop offs will not be accepted.
7) Cutomers and buyers must pay return shipping for any reason including defectives and doesn’t like, unless it is our mistake (ex. sending wrong items).
8) All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee to maintain offering ‘wholesale price to public’.
9) If the order is ‘free shipping’, calculate shipping charge will be deducted from refunds, exchange, and store credits.
Returns and exchanges that are UNOPENED:
We will refund or exchange any unopened item in its original condition. (shipping costs are not refundable, unless the shipment is a result of our error)
Returns and exchanges that are OPENED:
1) Returns that are opened must be in "like new" condition.
2) Returns must include all original packaging, manuals, accessories and parts.
3) We will refund or exchange items in their original condition. (Minus the shipping cost and 15% restocking fee)*
Products damaged beyond resalable condition from misuse, abuse or accident will be returned to customers or be charged a restocking fee. Products damaged in transit will need to be reported within 14 days from receipt date to MillionBuy.Com in order for a claim to be filed.
